AppRedeem rewards you for trying out apps. It is available for both iOS and Android devices. There are both free and paid apps available for review.

You are rewarded with points, and $1 USD = 1,000 points. Your payout options vary with availability, but the most popular is the PayPal option. You can cash out when you reach 150 points (15 cents), and it will be paid instantly. Just make sure to have a verified PayPal account so you can receive payments. Also make sure the email you register with AppRedeem is the same as your PayPal email. PayPal accepts multiple email addresses.

To install AppRedeem go to m.appredeem.com on your iOS or Android device and follow the instructions to add AppRedeem to your home page.

To start you off with an instant 50 points, enter "proddy". This is my invitational code, and your username is your own invitational code. For each person you invite, you get an instant 250 points.

Once you see an app you'd like to try, tap the name and tap "Get App", which will open up Safari or your browser of choice, then from there to the App Store or your preferred App Market. 

Download and install the app and open it up. Have a little play around for a few minutes and return to AppRedeem to rate the app you downloaded and earn your points.

AppRedeem is a bit inconsistent at times. If the app you selected is grayed out or disappears after you return to AppRedeem, you can be assured you will be credited eventually. Some apps will delay your reward, so be sure to check AppRedeem throughout the day. Do not go to the History tab and rate the app there, wait for it to pop up. 

Unfortunately, some apps just won't let you rate it, but don't give up on them. Check back to see if it's fixed. If an app you downloaded is still there, with points displayed, move on to a different app. 

I'd stay with the free apps, but if you see a paid app you're interested in, you may find it's worth it to download it from AppRedeem and get a "rebate". 

Sometimes AppRedeem's PayPal option will not be available, or will disappear entirely. Don't worry, it will be back. Check back in a few hours, your points aren't going anywhere.
